MijoSearch 3 and MijoVoice 2 released

Here we are with two new milestones for MijoSearch and MijoVoice components. They both comes with the most wanted feature, responsive design based on Bootstrap 3. MijoSearch now is able to search on multilingual sites.

    

Fully Responsive

Thanks to the Bootstrap 3 implementation, both MijoSearch and MijoVoice now offer a fully responsive platform which allows visitors to search and share ideas through all devices, from everywhere. The front-end has been totally refactored to match the modern designs.

Multi-language Searching

MijoSearch 3 comes with the feature to search in your multilingual Joomla site. It works fine with the core Joomla multi-language platform, there is no need for any 3rd party translation component.

Statistic Charts

As you can see from the above screenshots, you can now see what your users search mostly and how the search results are displayed in MijoSearch. That helps a lot to improve the content of your site.

Joomla Tags

MijoVoice 2 comes with Joomla Tags component support in this release. Tags are used to display similar content front different components in one page.

Summernote and EasySocial

In v2, MijoVoice ships with a new editor, Summernote. A super simple WYSIWYG editor based on Bootstrap. The EasySocial integration has also been tested and improved a lot, especially the stream features.

How to upgrade?

Very simple, plz, check this article for MijoSearch and this one for MijoVoice. Even we use a dedicated server, the automatic upgrade may fail sometimes due to the high load. You can use the manual upgrade in such a case. As always, don't forget to take a back-up before upgrading.
